We run our own curated online store, stocked with records, apparel, and merch from bands and labels across the world — primarily in the post-rock and post-metal scenes. If your project fits that world, we’re happy to bring it into the A Thousand Arms Store and handle everything in-house.

That said, we’re flexible. If it makes more sense to keep your own webstore, we can connect to most major e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, BigCartel, Bandcamp, etc.) and fulfill orders directly from there. Either way, you get reliable inventory management, streamlined shipping, and the freedom to focus on creating — not order logistics.

We keep your records safe, organized, and ready to ship. Our climate-controlled warehouse is built to handle vinyl properly — whether you’ve pressed 100 copies or 1,000.

We track your inventory, send low-stock alerts, and make sure you’re never caught off guard when demand spikes. No more guessing. No more boxes in your basement. Just a system that runs quietly in the background while your release stays available and moving.

Once your record is in stock — whether we’re fulfilling it through our store or yours — we handle the rest. Every order is packed with care, shipped promptly, and tracked until it reaches your listener.

We offer two vinyl-friendly fulfillment options depending on how you want to handle your release — and we’re fully equipped to ship shirts, posters, tapes, CDs, and other merch alongside your records if needed.:

1. Full Service / E-Commerce + Warehousing + Shipping

We host your records in the A Thousand Arms Store, handle customer orders, and take care of everything from inventory to international shipping. Our store is curated around post-rock, post-metal, and adjacent genres — so if your music fits that world, we’re glad to bring you into the main storefront.

That said, we also support artists and labels outside that circle. If your music lives elsewhere, we can still offer full service support and e-commerce integration — even if your records aren’t listed in the main store navigation. We’ll find a setup that makes sense for your release.

You only pay fulfillment fees when something sells:

• 2xLPs: $8

• LPs / 10”s: $6

• 7”s, CDs, Cassettes, Shirts, Posters: $4–5

• Hoodies: $8

• Hats, Stickers, Pins, Tote Bags: $2–5

No setup fees. No storage fees. Shipping costs are passed directly to the customer at checkout — nothing comes out of your pocket.

2. Fulfillment Only / Warehousing + Shipping

Already have your own store? We’ll integrate with it and fulfill your orders behind the scenes. You run the storefront — we handle the logistics.

• Fulfillment fee: $2–$3 per item shipped (depending on the product)

• Monthly warehousing fee: $25 per shelf (based on space required)

• Inventory management: Included, with monthly reports

• Shipping costs: Passed through at carrier rates (plus shipping materials)

All fulfillment and shipping fees are billed monthly.

We come from the music world — and that’s still our home base. Most of the artists and labels we work with are pressing vinyl, running tight operations, and putting a lot of care into how their work shows up in the world.

That said, we’re always open to working with creative people who value quality and attention to detail — whether you’re releasing music, designing apparel, or building something entirely your own.

If you care about the craft, we’re probably a good fit.

We ship most orders within 1–2 business days of when they’re placed. Tracking is sent automatically to your customers, and if anything goes wrong, we’re quick to make it right.

If you're working with us directly, you can expect a response within 24 hours — usually sooner. We treat your records and merch like our own, and we don’t leave things hanging.
